Responsibility – Information featured on our website and in our brochures has been supplied by the people and organisations (Suppliers) providing the various goods and/or services (Products). In supplying this information to you, we are acting as the agent of such Suppliers. We take all measures to ensure that the information featured in our brochures and on our website are accurate at the time of publication however, we do not control the manner in which Products featured are provided. We disclaim and will be exempt from liability for anything to do with the supply of such Products. This includes liability (whether as a matter of contract, tort, statute, restitution, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, liability, claim, cost, expense, proceeding, demand, penalty, disappointment, death, injury, illness, shock, inconvenience or delay. This limitation of liability also applies irrespective of the cause, including negligence of us or a Supplier, withdrawal, cancellation or failure to provide a Product, delay, any variation in the Product, the provision of substitute Products or a change in the Supplier. Without limitation, we will not be responsible if the Product is not available due to inclement weather conditions or other Acts of God, civil disturbances, fire, floods, acts of Government or any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action. Broome, Kimberley & Beyond cannot accept any responsibility for any operator changing or withdrawing prices, details or services shown, all are subject to alteration without notice.
BKB Holidays is a wholesaler and in the provision of holidays acts solely as an agent on behalf of the principals. These principals are all land and transport suppliers including the range of hotels, car companies and boat companies used in the holidays by the client and featured in the BKB Holidays brochure. BKB is not a principal and acts solely as an agent between the principal and the third party (client) it is not responsible for monies paid in advance to the principal by BKB on behalf of the third party (client) if the principal is unable to provide that service either by default, insolvency, liquidation, change of ownership or operation difficulties.
Direct Marketing – We may use your personal information, including your contact details, to provide you with information about products and services (including those of third parties) which we consider may be of interest to you. We may also provide your details to other organisations for specific marketing purposes, such as the direct mailing of email newsletters. From time to time we may telephone or send you direct marketing material. At any time you may advise us that you do not wish to receive marketing communications. You may opt out at any time if you no longer wish to receive marketing information or do not wish to receive marketing information through a particular channel (such as by email, telephone or mail). If you do not want us to send you marketing communications via email you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe option available. To opt out of all other means of communication, please email sales@bkbholiday.com.
Travel Insurance – BKB and our third party providers and distributors do not include insurance cover in connection with our products and services. We strongly recommend travel insurance, which can cover many potential losses including, loss of deposit and cancellation fees. Ask your Travel Agent or one of our reservations consultant for a recommendation of policies to suit your needs.
