Here is the verified list of the best bars in Singapore! The Lion City has well and truly been able to cement their position as the “Cocktail Capital of Asia”, with the most bars in the 2024 World’s 50 Best Bars List. It featured 4 in the top 50, then the list was extended to the Top 100, where Singapore placed 3 bars.

#5 – Jigger & Pony

Jigger & Pony placed 5th on the list, gaining the honour due to its inventive cocktails and some of the best bartenders around. The bar is inside the Amara Hotel, with a grand interior and plush décor. Try the Espresso Martini, with vodka mingling with a coffee blend, coffee flower honey and cacao tuile. Or, for an alternative to the Singapore Sling, try their Singa Sling, with gin, Cointreau, cherry and pineapple.

#28 – Nutmeg & Clove

Nutmeg & Clove opened 10 years ago, and provides a contrast of a subtle interior with a vibrant burst of flavours, paying homage to Singapore’s rich gastronomy and unique history. Enjoy cocktails crafted with spices, culinary ingredients and techniques, before ordering from the restaurant menu to complement the tipple. The menu features The Slinging Lion, their take on the Singapore Sling, and Don’t Chicken Out, a savoury drink of rum, sherry, cucumber and chilli.

#43 – Atlas

At number 43 on the list, Atlas is a grand bar dripping in Art Deco interiors inspired by the great lobbies of luxury European hotels. The bar is the centrepiece of an ornate room adorned with low seating and plush carpets. The highlight is a 25-foot totem of gin, accessed by a golden staircase. Start with a glass of champagne before trying the Atlas Dry Martini, or Echo of Eras with sherry, mezcal, elderflower, almond and cream.
